ABOUT
Legal counsel built on relationships.
I’m Robert A. Stutzman, an Ohio attorney and founder of Stutzman Legal, LLC. I have practiced law since 2011, advising individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and landowners on matters involving property, organizations, and planning for the future.
My approach to practicing law is straightforward: understand the client, understand what matters to them, and give practical advice that helps them make a decision. Legal questions rarely exist in isolation. They are usually connected to a property they care about, a business someone has built, an organization they serve, or plans they are making for themselves and their family.
I founded Stutzman Legal to practice on a more personal scale. Clients work directly with me, and my goal is to build relationships that extend beyond a single transaction or legal problem. Sometimes that means helping solve an immediate issue. Other times it means being someone a client can call before an issue becomes a problem.
Wayne County, Ohio has always been home. I graduated from Wooster High School before earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Bluffton University and then a Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2011. I was admitted to practice law in Ohio that year and have being practicing for more than 15 years.
Outside the office, I enjoy gardening, hiking, and restoring and riding motorcycles.
